Holiday Hair with InstaWave Automatic Curler

I've been trying to think up a hair tutorial for the holidays since they are fast approaching. I perused Pinterest & saw so many versions up this half up top knot hair trend. I love it! This hair is simple enough to wear with a dramatic holiday makeup look. Another reason I wanted to put together a new hair tutorial is because I received an InstaWave Automatic Hair Curler from the company KISS. Although this company is largely known for their nail products, they also offer great hair tools as well. The tool I'm using in the below step by step guide is a curling wand which curls your hair for you with the touch of a button. The tool has a high, low & off setting with the temperature reaching 420 degrees at the highest. It also rotates right & left, depending which direction you're curling your hair. This product is said to be tangle free, which I found to be true. If you get tangled on your tool, simply press the rotate button in the opposite direction & pull down. Something I found super helpful about the product was that it shuts off on its own after 90 minutes. I've had a lot of times in the past where I couldn't remember if I shut off my heat tool & had to worry about it all day, so I was really happy with this feature. For a guide on how to achieve the holiday look with the InstaWave Automatic Curler, see below!
Before I started with the curler, I sectioned my hair into 2 parts & placed the top half in a top knot. I secured the topknot with 4 bobby pins & moved on to try out my newest hair tool!
Hold your InstaWave vertically.
Simply place section of hair on the InstaWave curling rod.

Touch the Curl Dial either left or right, and the InstaWave instantly and automatically catches and curls the hair. The tool has smaller vertical rods around the base which do the work your fingers would do if you were to use a regular wand.

Hold for 5-10 seconds, hold longer for tighter curls and less for beachy waves (I held mine on for about 15 seconds to create these curls).

Pull the InstaWave down vertically, letting hair out & you have gorgeous curls.

I was honestly surprised at how great this product was. I wasn't expecting an item which claims to curl your hair for you but it actually does! It really cuts time down if you're running late.

If you're interested in trying out this product, you can find it on the website HERE for $59.99.
